To showcase our Garlic Curry Leaves with Paprika salt we decided to put emphasize on rich organic flavor.
- Leeks or onions
- Green Pepper
- Coriander leaves
- Eggs, optional
- Fresh chilies, optional
- Cooked rice
We grated all we could and diced the rest. This is probably the most time-consuming part.
Start with the onions and cook in oil till transparent, add garlic. Toss all the vegetables in the hot pan, adding the parsley and coriander last.
Do not overcook the vegetables before you add the rice, it can turn bitter. Evenly mix the rice and vegetables together and serve steaming hot.
