Our green wraps were truly delicious, but we do prefer the chilli powder. And don’t skimp on the oil. There is nothing I would change about it for a South African dish.
I have always liked cooked tomatoes, adding marrow, onions and garlic with soy mince was a good idea. I topped them with nutritional yeast and it turned out great. I think quinoa will always work fine. Bake them for a while, until the nutritional yeast turns brown.
