Vegan Mexican Wrap

Tortillas and Salsa

For the wrap recipe, we literally use the same recipe as always, Vegan Burger Bun, Bagels,… it’s great, trust us.

(We’ve made these quite a few times….)



  • Onions
  • Garlic
  • Celery
  • Green Peppers
  • Whitebeans
  • Blackbeans
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Paprika Salt
  • Cabbage

Starting with the onions and the garlic, as usual. Fry in low oil, adding Salt. Add green peppers, and white beans, preferably soaked. Add the smoked paprika, then the Blackbeans and stir, before closing the lid and letting cook.

Chop the cabbage, and set aside.

Make the dough. Link above. Measure out small balls, and roll out thin. We fry the wraps in the pan, no oil.

Serve with cabbage, the filling, and salsa on top with a soft avocado. Wrap and go.

We served this in the Meal Club, and it is always a hit.
