Vegan Peking Wrap

We made this delicious dish on our sixth week of Meal Club. We made every part of it ourselves. Even the Nuggets.

Ingredients

  • Dollas Nuggets, obviously
  • Cucumber
  • Green onions
  • Date/rose sauce
  • Wraps

To start, we prepared the nuggets. You can buy these from us prepared, all you need to do it heat it up again.

Prepare the sauce. Ma Dolla did this, and we did not take notes. *hands in the air in surrender*

Cut the cucumbers fine, we made them matchsticks.

Prepare the wraps. You can get these premade at the store, or you can make them yourself. We did not take notes with this either, but it is a standard recipe.

Mix sweet soy with the green onions for a delicious soury kick.

Spread the date sauce on the wrap. Stack, or pack, the nuggets. Layer with the cucumber, the green onions and finish off with a creamy sour sauce.

We will be sharing our cheesy mayonaise-y vegan sauce soon.

Then close the wrap, and taste happiness.

This is a fairly easy meal, incredibly tasty. The sauces made it standout with complex and sour flavors, and of course, the nuggets are nuggets.
