Armenian potatoes and green beans

This was a great meal!

The small potatoes were already cooked and then fried with onion and garlic in coconut oil. Sweet paprika, fresh tomatoes, fresh basil, and some tomato sauce were added after it was browned.

Spices used: smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Use enough salt as potatoes can be bland.

The green beans were frozen and just placed on top of the potatoes. I added some garlic lemon juice and cooked covered until done.

  • Garlic in lemon juice
  • cut as many garlic cloves as you like into a container, and fill up with lemon juice.
  • let sit for a week or two, three and use as preferred
  • add to oil for salad dressing

This meal was easy to prepare and absolutely worth trying.
