Arno Diedericks and his wife Hannelie, our innocent neighbors, turned into our guinea pigs for sampling our celery salt. Arno told us that using our Celery and kumquat salt on avocado was the best for him.
So then we tried also and liked it very much.
Use half an avo with a small tomato and two pieces of feta for each person. Jalapenos in two different colors sliced finely will add pizzaz and spice. Half the tomato and drop some balsamic and olive oil on it. Basil always goes well with tomato.
It is supposed to be small and dainty!
Otherwise, just chop a whole bunch of avos, add some Dollas salt and fresh chilies and eat all of it on toast with some tea. This is as good as it gets for a winter snack.
