This is one of South Africa’s staples, one of our most versatile recipes. Garlic bread!
You can dress it up or you can dress it down. Serve it with oozing cheese or hot chillies, a little basil or oregano.

This is more a method than a recipe, just a few rules apply.
Preheat the Oven.
Melt the butter and gently fry all your ingredients together while bubbling for a while.
Remove the butter from heat, spread it over the rolls, add some cheese and cover with foil.
And there you have it, Dollas Garlic Bread.
