We love potatoes, we’ve said this before many times.
Now we are going to make something suitable for breakfast, seriously make this for breakfast, and dinner.
In today’s post we are making it as dinner.
- Sweet Potatoes
- Chickpea Flour
- Rice Vinegar
- Pinch of Salt
Start with the potatoes. Peel them and wash, then grate them. Do the same with the Sweet Potatoes. Put them together, add the chickpea flour, only enough to bind together. A tablespoon of rice vinegar and Dollas Garlic Salt.
Mix together and place them in low oil. Wait until they turn golden and then flip them.
We served them with a green salad. Kale, spinach, basil, cucumber, cabbage and tomato, celery, and spring onions. We made some Vegan Cream Cheese and served it sour.
These would be amazing for breakfast. Or an addition to a party platter.
